I started my career as a graphic designer then worked through a number of management positions including running a creative hot shop, my own agency and latterly a division of one of the UK's largest print plc's.
My ideal role would to be involved in a business offering a range of creative services, an agency feel and customer focused culture at the front of house... backed up with an efficient, busy manufacturing unit. All under the same roof.
And that's just what I've found at Lick. Big enough to get the job done, small enough to give great service.
